ORDER PROCESSING

From the moment we receive your payment, it takes between 24 and 72 hours to prepare your order and send it through the shipping company.

STANDARD SHIPMENTS

For Gran Canaria and Tenerife it will take 2-4 working days. For the rest of the islands 2-5 working days.

For shipments to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will take between 4-12 working days of delivery*.

For shipments to Europe will take between 6-14 business days for delivery*.

International shipments outside Europe will take between 8-16 business days for delivery*.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

For Gran Canaria and Tenerife it will take between 24h/48h. For the rest of the islands 24h-72h.

For shipments to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will take between 2-4 working days for delivery*.

For shipments to Europe will take between 2-6 business days for delivery*.

International shipments outside Europe will take between 4-8 business days for delivery*.

All shipments have tracking information and we share it with you (for you to share with your customers), automatically.

If after this time you have not received it, please contact us to see what is happening with your order.

We always select the most economical shipping method for each of your orders and we always group your items together (if several different orders are sent to the same recipient, they will be grouped in one package).
